New label, one of their Botanical ciders; black currant and lavender flowers added. Light head in pour, some carbonation, pinpoint bubbles - wow! Black currant aroma dominates in nose, an explosion of floral and fruit flavors in mouth. Round mouthfeel, good malic (apple) crispness, dry but fruity; it’s the slightly tart black currant goodness that lingers, rolling around the palate. The botanical additions herald an even better cider- great stuff.

Dense purple in color. Black current in nose and mouth, slight lavender note in nose. Well integrated flavors with cider, well made and delicious.

Again, subtlety and elegance. Ripe currants mingle with lavender, carried on juicy heirloom apples.
