Finigeto Il Caroaldo Chardonnay Oltrepò Pavese DOC 2019: Full body. Balanced structure. Floral nose. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and fermented & aged for 12 months in French oak, this wine has very pronounced rich flavors of vanilla, citrus, oak & spice. Such a unique and pleasant wine; a wonderful alternative to all the other bright & crisp wines I’ve consumed during this trip. Very thankful for this generous gift from our friendly neighbors who said he heard I like wine! Go figure! Grazie mille! Great day to all! Cheers🍷
