Fruit forward with earthy notes. Very drinkable, but acidity is a little low. Excellent with chimichurri sauce on red meat. The acidity of the chimichurri balances this wine out perfectly.

Unlike most of the Mendoza wines I've had. Medium to full body. Not overwhelming spice, which I typically prefer but more forward flavors and a tasty finish. Had with mild cheese and crackers. Will buy again. Total wine find.

Color of inky purple. Nose of cherry, tobacco leaves, mineral, some dried strawberries, some cherry jam. Taste of leafy tobacco, good minerals, a bit watery, cherry jam, and zesty notes. Aftertaste follows similar notes, medium short with low tannin. I was expecting more.
