Cranberry and smooth, getting drier as it finishes. The placard at Total Wine noted that it had a 'latex' taste. The sommelier was mystified and the description nearly put me off from buying it. Being a nurse, the last thing I want to put in my mouth in gloves...

I can see how someone could construe a rubbery flavor, but I would describe it as a clean, hinting at cloves, dryness that carries it to the end.

Not your typical Malbec. Blending it with Cabernet Sauvignon and merlot mellowed it out too much for my liking. Still easy to drink just not what I look for.
