Great, fruit-forward wine. Big, a lot of typical cab fruit currant, plum, anise. Not layered a ton (a little pepper/spice), not a lot of players in the game. Really subtle, sweet tannins for a cab. Drank this w a few other gems for a fun night, so its distinct character was really evident.

Nov 1st, 2014Dark. Inky, sweet tobacco, pepper. There's a muted depth there that's characteristic of Fielding Hills, in my opinion.
Nice rounded tannins. Good length. Solid.
