This wine is a powerhouse, and so different from other Chenin Blancs I've had from the region. Regal and precise with huge notes of honeyed fruit and nuts marrying with funky, cheesy notes - a charcuterie board in a glass! Tobacco and other smoky, surprisingly dark terroir notes add further intrigue. Obviously a biodynamic wine harvested from a very small (1.5 Hectare) plot and finished using only local yeasts. Unbelievable character and depth.
