Extremely interesting Chenin Blanc from the Loire super-star Mark Angeli : ripe nose on dried quince, saffron, botrytis.. but on the palate it's totally dry, straight, delicate and not heavy. Higly gastronomic ! But I think its best years are behind it, time to drink it.
