High elevation Spanish Trousseau. What?! Oh man, was it good! Delicate and ethereal, but packed with flavour. The nose was so floral, with lifted red fruits and peppery notes. Oozes energy on the palate - cranberries, sour cherries, dried herbs, and mouthwatering salinity. Impossible to stop drinking once you get started. At 12% abv, this is a true "red kabi" and wine for one.
