Gioia del Colle Primitivo

Full bodied, sweet, thick, a little spicy.

Cherry, red fruits, bit earthy on the nose; juicy palate, med+ body, high acidity, dark fruits and spices on mid palate, long finish

Rich wine. Smooth and not too dry

Dinner with Sianos.

Very well balanced. Fruity smell but earthy finish. Perfect with chicken parm and pasta!

Hazy with tar and dark fruit, a bit along the lines of taurasi

Wine is mediocre same as the unspectacular meal at Pasha.

Certified Organic and unfiltered, which also makes it Vegan. Looks unfitered, with a rich hazy look in your glass. Strong (15.5) but smooth.

Fruit forward w/o being too jammy. Medium body and smooth tannins w: enough acid to pair well with food.
