Fresh and vibrant. Lots of citrus, green olive, dry green herbs, with decent acidity. Definitely a little weight to this one.

Tastes like Gewurz, smells like Gewurz, but definitely doesn't look like Gewurz. Pale yellow color. Jasmine flowers, tropical lychee/pineapple, phenolics, flower water, very aromatic
