This is the Zinfandel but the application won’t let me change the identified wine …. It’s very good, but lacks the peppery bite I expect. Tasted 6 August 2022.

Shitty. At first sip, tasted like the bottle had been left open for a week and totally acidified or aerated or whatever

Pretty good. A little more dry aftertaste for a zinfandel than I would expect, but will follow the advice of others on here and let it breathe a bit longer.

A nice dark drinkable Zin. The longer it sat, the better.
