I thoroughly enjoyed this wine. As someone who's new to white wines this particular one offered the depth and spices I love in my reds.
A must have to convert your red wine friends (like myself) over to the white side.

Aug 19th, 2015Meh. It's a full bodied Shiraz and has that deep spicy notes but this one is very earthy. If you let is sit, it opens up the berry flavors a little but the earthiness and slight sour tart like flavor appears and overwhelmes the sweetness. Slight dryness in the throat but it quickly disappates.
Leaving it open longer reveals a barrel age smoky oakiness to it. That's pretty darn interesting.
One could say it displays character but to me - it seems to be fighting itself and leaves a very imbalanced personality. 2014 vintage.
