perhaps my hands-down favorite winery of Hawkes Bay. Lovely barrel fermented Chardonnay with transparency and bright acidity. Killed the fresh Florida seafood we threw it up against. Great to see these old friends on a wine list here in the states.

@wine_com this is Excellent!!! It's a pale straw coloured Chard. Fresh fruit aromas - then creamy on the tongue with white peach balanced with hints of citrus and light oak. Steamed some mussels in a garlic sauce with some of this wine as a base Superb!

Bright and clear, clean nose, aromas of toasted hazelnuts and baked pears. Palate is smooth and elegant, acid is present but not strong. Balanced and pretty.
