Probably much better with food, but still a good sipper on a cold night. Tannins have smoothed and acids are bouncing in a pleasant way. Dark fruit and raisin on the nose but herbs and spices on the palate.

Still lively, though this one was just starting to turn. Rich fruits on the nose.

Made me want to eat glazed pork ribs... Light on the tannins, but strong spiciness to it. Would do well with meats and a sauce.
