Mar 16th, 2015Probably much better with food, but still a good sipper on a cold night. Tannins have smoothed and acids are bouncing in a pleasant way. Dark fruit and raisin on the nose but herbs and spices on the palate.

Absolutely impressive. Smooth and leathery, dark and just a tad spicy. Pair this with a good ribeye or if something else with onions. This is a juicy and delicious wine.
