Natura Valle Central Sauvignon Blanc

This is an easy, clean, inexpensive SB. I'm cooking homemade mac-n-cheese and drinking. Very enjoyable.

To me on 3/14/24 - nice light/med body. Subtle tannins, pleasant acidity, rich grapefruit maybe a little blueberry, some grasses on the nose, strong umami taste center

Nice smooth crisp easy drinking wine. Perfect for a warm evening.

Tasty and affordable

Decent. Very light bodied. Fuji apples and light minerals. Almost as good as rosé on a hot, summer day.

Amazing wine. Classic sauv Blanc. Nothing overly special but a perfect summer patio white. Also an amazing vineyard working for sustainability. ❤️

This was way out of balance with crazy acidity but had decent flavors. Oddly, despite the wild acidity I didn't hate it. Got it on a bogo for this producer at my local grocery story, so not bad for that.

Grass, lemon, petrol, lime pie without sugar and lots of acidity. Thirsty quencher for hot day!

Crisp and refreshing

Crisp, clean, little bit grassy. Not as acidic as other Sauvignon Blancs. Enjoyed this one
