It is Friday night and I wanted to try my 2012 Emile Beyer Tradition Pinot Blanc I have had for awhile in my cellar rack.

On the nose there is good fruit, apple, pear, white peach, guava, tropical fruits, hazelnuts and white flowers.

On the palate there is apple, pear, white peach, stone fruit, nuttiness and slate.

This is a medium bodied wine that is yellow gold in color with zippy zesty high acidity that leads to a medium long crisp fresh finish. Let's all have a great weekend and stay safe doing so. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷
