The 4th wine in the degustation with Byron and Paulina. A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from the Loire Valley of all places. A great wine to serve blind to MW and MS students. I recall strawberry and red berry notes in general with quite fluid tannins. So easy to drink. I can’t recall the matching dish but it was a perfect match - duck was involved.
