Naiads Tyrnavos Badiki

This “orange wine” has a pale pink-orange color and aroma of peach, lemon, raspberry, green apple and orange blossom. It has appealing crisp acidity and a crisp texture. Unfined and unfiltered, there is a fair amount of sediment that leaves the second half of the bottle quite cloudy but doesn’t interfere with the pleasure this wine affords. Very nice with grilled shrimp.

Reductive but blows off quick. Underripe mango, pineapple, apple. Citrusy acidity.

Right up my alley on paper but doesn’t excite me. No fruit and some tannin
