A gift from my brother-in-law. Balanced tannins, vanilla on the nose worried me of over oaking but it is pleasantly minimal in the mouth. Mostly bright fruit gives way to some darker notes.

Could be a little sweeter. Seems a little bland for me.

For a table wine, Edgefield is perfect. Just sweet enough but not overpowering. The best parts of a merlot and a dessert wine mixed together.
