Interesting blend of 57% Canberra district Merlot, 41% Clare Valley Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Mulberry, Vanilla and Tobacco notes. A slight touch of H2S which did not blow off and did not effect the palate. A very mellow palate with very soft resolved Tannins. This went perfectly with Pasta and Tomato savoury home made sauce. I usually don’t rate Aussie Merlot predominant blends but this was more than acceptable

This was a good Merlot predominant blend and from the Canberra district where another Good Merlot from there comes like Kyeema Reserve Merlot. In a better place than expected. Sweet Merlot flavours like stewed plums. Soft resolved Tannins. Enjoyable.
