I’ve had several wines from Eden Canyon - and I make no secret of my admiration for the winery - but this is one of the best. 12 years in the bottle have rendered the tannins non-existent. Smooth, supple, dark, mysterious, inviting and alluring...you stop trying to think about what your tasting, but instead fall into the experience. Lovely with a dinner of pasta and meat sauce, this wine would have shined by itself.
