Is brown as taste adjective? Can a wine taste brown? There is something not entirely appealing about this 2011 vintage opened in April 2020.

It has something of that Italian double used grape taste. Ripasso. Never completely to my taste.

Yuck. Let's open something else.

Fabulous fruity bouquet. 2011 vintage had a pleasant residual sugar and mild Tania’s and acidity. A delightful wine. Great discovery.
