Pale Lemon in colour. Aromas of pear and tropical fruit salad. A luscious mouth filling fruit driven full bodied palate with low acid. An excellent mid week winter white wine at a good price. An annual purchase for me. 60% Viognier plus Marsanne and Roussanne. Average vine age is 25 years. Tasted again 10 weeks later on 29th October 2021. Utterly delicious with unctuous poached pear flavours. As I said earlier needs to be an annual purchase. Stunning QPR. Took a 3rd bottle to the GC for the weekend on 2nd September 2022. Unfortunately a little corked. Not a tip down the sink situation but certainly detracted from the tasting experience. Drank my last bottle on 23rd February 2023. Just a terrific white which is such good value. Barb loved it. Definitely an annual purchase. No point in further cellaring.

Unusual for CDR white, it features Viognier, which I really like. Bright, fruity with a bit of acidity. Good body and only 10€. I'll be having this again.
