Oh dang I love Dutcher. Take all your dried cherries, raisins and blueberries and stuff them in an oak vat. Then soak into the acid and alcohol. Tannins medium. It is like...I dunno I don’t have a metaphor for this wine except it is a wine to give a hug. As Greg Condes says Zin is the group hug of wine!
