Dusty Nabor Wines Paso Robles Grenache 2017, California

A pretty color of light red, much like a Pinot Noir.

Fruity nose of sweet strawberries, cherries, raspberries, light wood, spices and peppercorn.

Medium bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with strawberries, raspberries, red currants, wood, spices, light vanilla, light vegetables, dark coffee and peppercorn.

Medium plus on the finish with fine tannins and spices.

This is a light and engaging Grenache from Paso Robles. Easy drinking with a soft and spicy mouthfeel. Shows mild complexity and nicely balanced.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up (30 minutes), and shows the tannins.

Doesn't really show the high alcohol, which I liked. After an hour of airtime it is spicier and feels bigger, so i would suggest waiting with it.

I paired it with cheeses, nuts and crackers.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

88 points.

$12.
