Beautiful blackberry and jammy notes on the front with med-tannins at the end. Glad we waited to drink it.

Well balanced. Smooth. Medium to full body. Jammy no vanilla like slingshot. Jen likes too. Much richer taste

Toine had this at Swirl. A little bitter on the finish.

This is a beautiful and well balanced Cabernet. It presents a deep rich vibrant velvet color releasing a sent that I'd say is almost perfect. It rises from the glass just a slight bit jammy upfront with black fruits, cherries, vannilla and some mild oak, not really complex but amazing as it is. First taste reveals blackberries, dark cherries and blueberries. After sipping on it for a bit(about an hour in) I pull out a some baking spices and crushed bay leaf. It's a little more earthy now I'd say. It's body is medium +. Tannins are silky. Mild-medium acidity. It has a nice long relaxed finish. I drank this one quite late in the day and ended having the rest the next day, it got even smoother. It's a prefect wine to go with a savory meal made up of red meats or even hearty root vegtable based soups. This is a go to for a cab, well worth the price.
