Pale orange pink tint. Watermelon rind and strawberry jam notes in nose. White pepper, strawberry, apricot and cherry notes in mouth, slight prickly black pepper finish and citrus aftertaste with some mid palate astringency. Good acid, dry, complex, excellent varietal character. A worthy pour.

Lovely, lovely rosé. Heavy enough to not require a hot summer day to drink. Would go well with Thanksgiving fare.
