After having "usual" (sweet) Zibibbo as aperitif, waiter recommend me to grab dry one as company to my late dinner. In front of me nice bottle with straw colored content appeared.
Despite my doubts, wine was dry). I still remember complex nose of jasmine, peach and tangerine. Floral and citrus hints continue to dominate on the palate and evolved into dry refreshing finish. Sicilian cheese plate and marinated sardines with arugula were good company to Zibibbo. Added to my virtual cellar.
