Pale lemon with tiny suspended bubbles- Petillance. Aromas of grapefruit and green apple - also on palate. Medium to high acid. Needs food.

Wow! Muted pear, melon, and lychee. Very elegant and gulpable. Bone dry, will pair exceptionally well with tonight's chicken Kiev w/ garlic butter. AUD$10 - insane pricing.
