First experience with this producer. Their website suggests hands-off winegrowing, non-interventionist approach. I would have preferred more intervention: this Grand Cru is average in fragrance, flavor, weight/length. Ok but for a GC?

Earthy, some wild cherry and that sense of the earth, so wonderful on the palate, in a beautiful place right now. Fresh, yet dried herbs. Alive.
