Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits Pinot Beurot

2016–lovely at first (all we treasure about white Burgundies—floral, bright yet hints of honey and depth to come, even complex...) but it fell flat and slightly acidic after it had been open a bit. Disappointing in the end —sigh. Not nasty (certainly drinkable) but a let down after a promising start
