Let the funk blow off for about 15-20mins, then you are left with an elegant and silky pinot with supple fruit and tannins. Looooong finish with just the right acidity. My mind is blown at the fact that you can produce this type of high quality pinot noir in Japan. Amazing!

This is a wonderful Pinot Noir but it needs time to open up to expose its true fruits. One should not seek to compare it to Burgundian Pinot’s simply because Japanese wine is inherently different.

2014 en 2016. On commence à y être ! Pas à comparer à un cru du Bourgogne, mais déjà expressif et appréciable Pinot Noir du grand nord japonais.
