Big forward nose of herbes de provence (lavender!) and black cherry. Palate has forward, chewy, spice black cherry fruit with good acidic grip. Nice bright intensity across the palate. Well balanced and doesn't show its 15% ABV. A good, workhorse and enjoyable Rhone wine
