Beautiful craziness, this 2011 'vin de table' from PR made me think of a sauvignon from Touraine due to some residual sugar and rich acidity but this is great Burgundy!

Entry level Prieuré Roch. From a vineyard in the Ladoix appellation, in the north of the Côte de Beaune, at the foot of the Corton hill. Très vin nature but crystal clear. Hint of residual sugar. I'm a happy drinker.
