Syre. Krydderi. Sort peber. Årets tyndeste julevin. Semi carbonic. (Nok nærmere 8.0).

Currants, cherry, blueberry. It’s a really great wine, dark color but medium bodied. Dry and mineral driven.

Delicious, dry and minerally- this is a recent favorite, also nicknamed the "cat wine" bc of label :)

Excellent white, crisp and Minerally

Tangy, tingly, tiny pop rocks on the top of the tongue — ponzu and lime. The tawny cat casts a short shadow in the setting sun. Not blood-red, but ochre-apricot, cut by crisp, cold steel and poured down wafer-thin Roussillon rock.

酸味少な目フルーティー。
フルボディ、アルコール感強め。美味い！
