NYE 2015 Wine #3. Served with hickory-smoked boneless rib roast. Dark fruit and floral notes. Notes of anise and tobacco on the finish.

Bright ruby red, rather dark but medium density. Very sumptuous nose of dark forest and leather. Still young, still rustic, but very exhuberant and lush. Huge structure and great development. Far from polished, but showing huge potential to handle foods. Sensational dusty texture and very long finish. Strong tobacco notes at the end. 91 pts.
