Domaine Philemon
J Côtes du Tarn Jurançon Noir
100% Jurançon Noir in Gaillac. Planted in 1930. Cordes Plateau part of the appellation, more limestone here. This was previously sold from tank at the cellar door. Really needed to be in bottle and meet and greet New York. #TheVineCollective

May 28th, 2015Not for the causal wine drinking. Proceed with caution. Came covered in a very cool crown cap but is not a bubbly wine. Funky and spicy, it demands a good counterpart food wise for balance. Great geeky wine though!
