A gamey thing, pencil lead, black pepper, blackberry, black olive... So much is going on there. Very balanced yet powerful palate with a strong acid backbone, blackberry and olive. Some sticky, grippy touch, some. Width, a tannic thing to spice things up but the finish is all tangy fruity with blackberry and a bit of black pepper. This is well done

Sep 22nd, 2019A mineral thing on the nose like graphite or pencil lead along with blackberry, bacon and black olive. I like it. The palate is almost sweet with a discreet acid backbone, a bright black and Forrest fruits dimension and a stronh grip all along. It finishes with fruits and a salty touch in the end for a finish that lasts a while. Well done

Wonderful balance and complexity, especially considering the price point! I think this will improve within the next three to five years. Impressive!
