High inorganic mineral. Like a stony creek with some underripe peaches and lemon growing along. Some leesy and barnyardy organic earth too. The green notes are subtle. Really enjoyable French sauv.

Pouilly-Fume sounds like a Beck song, but is actually Sauvignon Blanc. 100% smooth Sauvignon Blanc.

Good change of pace to get an old world white. Fume oak was noticeable but pleasant

Very different Sauvignon blanc. Very minerally, not dry, soft body. I probably won't purchase this wine again.
