Morey St. Denis Pinot Noir

Burgundy night. Started off with a nice champagne followed by a Cali roussanne to calibrate the palates.

Stewed cranberries and blackberries, with a candied finish. More tobacco and earthy driven. Like the Pommard Pinot but on steroids.

まだまだ若々しいルビー色。澱が少し混じっている。
黒い果実、なめし革、のアロマ、燻製のスモーキーなブーケが少し。爽やかな酸味、まだまだパワフル。酸はいつまでも口に残る。
