More the classic Burgundian nose not as bold as Pansiot or the Dugat just a gorgeous earthy perfume. Stewed Rhubarb notes. Loved the balanced intensity- simply brilliant from what many consider is a B List Grand Cru but in the hands of Leroy it becomes something magical (and expensive). One taster in our group gave this 99. The guys from Prince reckon Leroy across the board is now dearer than DRC.
