A very pale colour, almost water like. The nose is elderflower, cat piss, lemon. Not intense but complex. The palate shows great balance between an acid backbone that goes a long way and a grip, a crispness that kicks it to the rear whit lingering lemon and white flowers notes. Textbook Loire Sauvignon.
