Smooth tannins with licorice, black pepper, dark cherries, blackberry, some cedar notes, and a slight vegetal-ness. Layers of flavor. This is good stuff!

This was my favorite from V vs. G. Still on the younger side, but impeccably Vacqueyras. Showing great pedigree.

Still too young. Muted nose at first. Gets going about an hour into it. Deep. Brooding. Paired well with peppered steak.
