Le Classique Fronton Negrette Blend

Negrette, Cab Sauvignon and Syrah. Simple and forward character. The finish shows more CS character and make me wonder if this varietal was fully ripe when picked...to investigate further...

No notes. La folle noire d'ambat's little sister. Easy going negrette with a bit of tannins in the rear. Cool stuff!

Bm-. Tm. Am. Sm.

A little vinegary. It did not hold its flavour well after opening. I don’t drink it all in one sitting. I might try again and give it a little more time to breathe.

An odd taste like mustard. Went well with a salty beef stew. Looking forward to trying it with fish or cheese.
