Roussanne, marsanne and chardonnay, according to the interwebz. Not sure that's accurate because I bought it to take away at a cave in Montpeyroux and didn't stop to ask questions, but adds up with the savoury/herbal full-but-firm thing it's got going on. Either way, delicious and very moreish.
