Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet

I love this wine. Grenache Syrah and cinsault blended into a terrific dark-fruited quaffer with notes of white pepper.

Straightforward rhone.. Only problem is I'm not the biggest fan of rhone.. Maybe that will change.

Delicious from paradox

Mineral nose. Juicy and round. Dry cherry. Bright acidity. Very nice. Nice our usual varietal but we were pleasantly surprised.

Drinking with mom and dad, Kay wine. The color is super dark red. It smells very dry and dark red fruit. It drinks very dry, the flavor is dark red fruit and very grenache. It is bright though, fades quick though. Long after taste. Would drink again but a little expensive at $25.

Very drinkable, round fruit seamlessly going in to dusty finish soft finish.

Good food pairing for our hearty dishes but slightly unbalanced...too much alcohol heat. Traditional French flavor profile comes through with time
