Why I love cotes du Rhones. Light to medium body with no tannen. Juicy yet reserved with notes of bright fruits and earth. However, the pate I am eating with it could easily be adding the darker notes to the wine. Crisp on the nose. Either way, it is absolutely lovely. Something I think would be an easy crowd pleaser with food. Buy! Drink! It's a young wine that's meant to be drunk!
