Well balanced, open for a 2010, intense, lovely mineralogy and length. Enjoyed with my dad and a seafood BBQ.

Nose of cider and light bubble at first... After a while it comes into life with a nose of lemon, crushed rock and hay. The palate is very precise with sheer acids and lemon. A sweet and delicate texture but a rather quick finish. I loved it better the first time. Should have put it in a decanter.

Jun 2nd, 2018Nose of white flowers, herbs, aubépine, toasted bread, lime. Quite complex but not that awesome. The palate is more interesting with lemon, butter, with fruits , a very long acid backbone and a long finish with lots of minerality . Good not great
