Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red Rhone Blend

3yrs in the cellar has given this bottle some depth.

Smooth all the way around, very good, big taste not much on the pallet, a good drinking red

Bought this bottle on my cycling trip in Baumes-de-venise, France. Prunes and spices. Perfect oak tannins. A little acidic maybe.

I think it was a red wine.

Absolutely brilliant...distinct syrah characteristics...more spice and caramel apple finish. The best wine I've had since the 2004 Barbaresco...amazing.
